Payment Issues

Your payment might have been denied for several reasons, including:
  • An error with the number, expiration date or security code provided when paying
  • You have reached your credit limit or daily payment limit
  • The address or postal code you have provided is not the same as the billing address stored by your card issuer
  • Your card is not authorised for online payments
  • We do not accept the card type you were trying to use
  • Your card does not allow the payment in the currency you have selected
  • Computer error or slow internet connection

We do not have any access to the card details you have provided in the payment page and are unable to check your payment limit.   We kindly suggest that you check your card details carefully, and if the problem persists either contact your card issuer or try another payment method.
