You can only make amendments to your reservation if it is not within the “non-refundable” period. This period is different for each reservation, and is clearly shown in the cancellation policy during the booking process.
The modification may incur administrative fees if these were indicated when you made a booking.
To modify your travel dates:
▶︎ Log in to your AMOMA account, select the booking you want to modify, and click the Change my Dates button.
To modify the type/quantity of room(s), the hotel, the name or numbers of guests:
▶︎ Log in to your account and locate your booking in My bookings section. Click the Send a message button.
