Refund policy

▶︎ If you are due a refund, AMOMA will process the refund within 24 hours from your request to the same payment method used for the initial payment.

The refund will be visible on your bank statement once your bank has processed the transaction. This usually takes from 3-5 working days.

Bank Transfer

If any of the below situations apply, the refund will be processed via bank transfer:

  • The card used to confirm the reservation is no longer valid (e.g. your card was replaced due to expiration or it was a virtual card/single use card)
  • The initial payment was made with PayPal and processed over 1 year ago

For bank transfer refunds you have to send the bank identity proof of the account holder at customersupport@amoma.com.

The refund will be visible on your bank statement once your bank has processed the transaction. This usually takes up to 15 working days.
